“I first had Katie’s cake at a party 2 weeks ago and it was so amazing that I took a chance she’d have an opening for my son’s birthday this week. Well, she did and I was so excited. Katie made a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing and it was beautifully decorated. I got so many comments from people who told me they’re not really cake people, but they loved this cake. My husband and I knew we wanted Beverly to make our wedding cake and cupcakes as soon as we left the tasting at her house. She was so welcoming and her cupcakes tasted better than any other cupcakes we had tried, by far. We got so many compliments on our wedding day about how great the cake and cupcakes were. “Went on march 1 for my daughter’s birthday. It was our first time there. Got an all chocolate cake. It was absolutely delicious!! All of their cakes and cupcakes in the display were beautifully designed“

“They always have one vegan cupcake, which is really nice. Back in December, they had a gingerbread cupcake, and I really enjoyed that! Same thing with the pumpkin cupcake. I’m a sucker for anything pumpkin.
Most recently (early September) we had a cookies and cream cupcake, and it was kinda boring. It had cookie bits, but overall seemed like a simple vanilla. Which isn’t bad, but I wanted more complexity in the cake.

I’m a cake person, I could always do without the frosting. Give me a jumbo cupcake with a tiny schmear of frosting, and I am happy. These, however are regular sized cupcakes with an almost similar size dollop of frosting. If you’re a frosting person, you’re in for a treat. Cake person, you’ll be wanting more cake.

Also, tip. If you have the capacity to carry it around with you until you’re ready to eat it, I suggest getting it before you enter the park for the day. Otherwise, you’d either have to get a giant red re-entry stamp on your hand, or have to wait until you are ready to leave the park for the day.“

“I want to thank the guy that worked front counter today. I am a diabetic but I cheat once in awhile. Letter today was M so I got 3 free pretzels. I also wanted a box of the nuggets. I asked if he can make a box of nuggets and 1 of my free pretzels without salt. I am a diabetic and the salt is the worst thing I can eat. He did did so willingly. No fuse, no dumb faces, no eye rolls no nothing. If more places would be willing to work with people like me they would get a lot business. Thank you again for the great work.“
