Wendy's and most fast food spots will be hit or miss, and it is very location and staff dependent.I'll say that at around 8:40pm on a Tuesday night, I put in a mobile order for a Dave's Double and a small chili when I was about a 5 minute drive away, and it was delivered to me after about a 5 minute wait in the drive through.The employee acknowledged my presence when I drove up to the speaker and told me that they would be right with me. Food was warm, fries were warm as if they were reheated in old oil it wasn’t that many customers so I was confused on why the food was warm during lunch time. I understand it’s fast food but you want hot fast food not warm nasty fast food.

Was here for lunch on Halloween with my granddaughter and son. The manager, Brian was so friendly, kind and helpful! He went over and above any service I've ever experienced in other fast food places. The food was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!
