“Dad’s Pub & Grub in Monroeville! Was out at Monroeville Mall with a friend and we were looking for some good food and stumbled upon this gem!! Seen it had good reviews and the food looked awesome and the reviews/pics definitely did NOT disappoint. Started out with chicken tenders with a dry rub & ranch for dipping. Then for our meals I got a Cuban & my friend got the mushroom Swiss burger, both with fresh cut fries. The Cuban was amazing!! And one of the biggest I’ve ever had. I really liked the mustard sauce. The fresh cut fries were delicious too. The mushroom Swiss burger was delicious and absolutely giant for the price of $11!!!!! (I believe the Cuban was also $11) And that price INCLUDES the fries. We also split a side of Mac and cheese which was pretty good! Had a nice flavor and the sauce was nice & creamy. I also had a delicious cocktail but can’t remember the name. It had Tanqueray gin, lavender/chamomile infused simple syrup & fresh lemon juice. Deliciousness all around and such good prices!! 5 stars 10/10 highly recommend!!“

“This is by far the best pizza in all of Greensburg. The dough has a nice crisp and thin too, the toppings are high quality, the pepperoni is actually spicy. I would give this an 8.9 on the One Bite app if it actually had the Yellow Bridge on it. Slightly on the greasy side, but very manageable and nothing to complain over.“

“I recently worked in the Delmont area and stayed for a few nights. Looking for a place to grab food and some cold beer, I noticed this place and decided to try it out. From the moment I sat down at the bar, i knew this was my kind of place. Extremely friendly staff, incredible food, and the beer pitchers hit the spot. I had their jalapeño popper burger and could have easily eaten another, it was so good. My coworker and I decided to come back the next night and had an equally great time. This place will be a must go-to from now on, anytime I’m in the area.“

“On May 8, 2024 around 2:30 pm, my family and I dined at the Juniper Grill - Murrysville, Pa. Each item was great accept for the Skillet Cornbread which had too much sugar on top ($6.50). The starter, Crab Tostada ($18) had a “very thick” Chipotle Crema but it was delicious. The one, approximately 4” diameter by about one inch thick Crab Cake on the salad was great. The Grilled Salmon ($25), take out Brisket Quesadilla ($17) and the Juniper House Salad ($6) were fantastic. While we were eating, the hostess used a mechanical sweeper collecting debris from the floor of the main area, near us. I asked her to do that work after we leave. She stopped and apologized to us. Hopefully, at our next visit we will enjoy a dust free dining experience.“

“Made a same day reservation for dinner before a show at the Palace Theatre. Arrived at 5.30 and seated in small quaint front dining room that was quickly filling with other theatre goers. The poor waitress was running ragged as apparently 2 members of staff had called off. The lady bar tender also helped out where she could. Ordered pork sliders and the crab cakes both were excellent, especially the crab cakes though it came with a seafood risotto that was rather basic (just one large shrimp) but still tasty all the same. Love the charm, character and ambience of the place. Briefly explored the other rooms to see that there were were other dining areas, including an outdoor patio area that I would certainly consider dining alfresco on warm pleasant evenings. The eclectic artwork adorning the walls (including in the bathroom) is for sale. Kudos to our waitress (and the bar tender) for her service being so busy with other patrons. Sorry didn't know her name as we didn't ask for a copy of the check when paying by tablet as we didn't want to trouble the the staff for a printed copy of the bill. My one only slight gripe was some of the bench seating was hard and rather uncomfortable. (A little padding would go a long way!) Any way Major Stokes is now going to be my go to place when going to an occasional show or concert in Greensburg due to its close proximity to the Palace Theatre.“

“Eat and drink at this Local Restaurant tonight!! Please, go somewhere you've never been.My wife and I are Hospitality Professionals from Toronto, Ontario. When travelling, we prefer to stay off the beaten path. The Headkeeper has now been added to our list of great finds.They provide a great patio bar and seating. After a friendly greeting amd options, we chose to sit inside.Our server, Sarah, was totally on point. Based on our tastes, she assisted in our selections of some 600 beers. Not a beer lover...Try a Jameson Orange cocktail, Dark n Stormy, or other ?The food was top notch. Flash Fried Calamari, Sautéed Forest Mushrooms, French Onion Crostini, and Cauliflower. Portions can work for a table of 4. Can't go wrong with this offering and five drinks for under $100!!Take the time to get to know Sarah, she may even offer her recommendations on some other cool local spots. “Stopped by while visiting Greensburg and had an Italian hoagie, hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve tried. I went 30 mins after open, they only run a limited menu at that time until the cook comes in. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“We had a great meal before a show at the Palace. I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese with an appetizer, and my wife had a chicken dish. Great food and large quantity. The waiter was very polite and attentive. Just wished I saved room for the cheese cake. Looked incredible.“

“Food and portions are great. Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed as she kept going from table to table, looking for ranch dressing and other condiments as if they didn't have enough bottles to go around. They brought appetizers and salad and soup out together. We got potato skins and the cheese inside reminded me of cheese whiz. They kept asking if we were done, as if they needed our plates. It's not much to look at, and bathrooms are not in the best shape. Actually I think they had to many people to wait on and possibly not enough help which you find in a lot of places today. Not sure we will return.Parking: Parking is limited as their parking lot seemed to be used by others. It was pretty full when we got there but when we went in its not that big, so all the people from the cars were not inside the restaurant“

“This is the “Cheers” type of place where when you arrive, people are excited to see you. The bartenders are second to none in terms of friendliness, service and fun banter. The food is awesome, as there are about 20-25 items you can order and be happy you picked it. This is a place that makes you feel welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend!“

“My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“

It's a delicious fish dinner and they have an excellent selection of side dishes. They also are doing a great job with managing the masses coming in for dinner.
