“My buddy and I decided we needed a late night Mickey D's snack. We walked 74 miles through the dark, nearly attacked by a man, just to find out that the dining room was closed. But, fear not, we were able to walk through the drive through (although typically this is not allowed by McDonalds due to liability issues). “My daughter, son, and I went to the Willingboro location tonight for dinner. They just opened this lovation yesterday. It was amazing. I definitely recommend the Hangover burger. My daughter had the Mack Daddy burger. My son had the boneless wings. They both loved their choices. We will definitely be going back to try more items on their extensive menu. Ree, the owner is awesome. She’s very friendly and is a pleasant person to talk with. I wish her all the best at her new location. Darren, our server was just as awesome. “I've been to Steam Pub more times than I can count, and it never disappoints. The energy is always great, especially during happy hour, and the staff genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. The bartenders are knowledgeable, make excellent drinks, and remember the little things that keep people coming back. “My dining experience at the newly renovated Friday’s in Bensalem Pennsylvania was outstanding. My food: the center cut sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli were sensational. This meal made me want to continue eating it even after my stomach was full. My guest’s food: the fried shrimp, French fries and coleslaw was reported as delicious. Everything was cooked as requested and seasoned well. Our server Pauline was attentive, and she did not wait for me and my guest to ask for what we wanted. She acted on her own initiative to get us what we needed. A warm welcome was received by the Manager Michelle who made us feel like valued customers. Dining at Friday’s made me feel great.“

“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! “Recently went there with a group of 8 guys. The bartender (Princess) Diana was phenomenal! She couldn't do enough for us. Extremely energetic, nice and accommodating. “We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Once was a good place. Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“

“Well, This did it for me.

Classic normal menu, classic normal service. Everything you would expect at a Friendly’s. And that’s key on what I base my reviews on: expectations and reality.

There was something I really didn’t like though. The salt and pepper shaker were ugly and red (see attached photo). I didn’t like looking at them and it didn’t ruin my experience but it was a hindrance.

On the other side of things, the Fribble was Fribbletastic. Like what even is a fribble. Super weird. But that thing was good. I even told the waiter that it was fribbletastic and he agreed.

“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

After reducing half the building to rubble and chasing away most of the customers, I still received wonderful service and feel like I made a new friend. Hi Pete! I look forward to visiting again. “Listen. If I was told that Stacey was a goddess of restaurant handling I'd believe it. The only reason. The ONLY reason is this amazing person Stacey for which im writing this review. With several delays she kick butt on serving, bar tending, bar backing, running, and POS all alone lole a 1 person army of badasstery. This women is straight up amazing. I really cannot express how well she handled a literal boat load of customers single handedly. In most places with the situation of delays I've seen, would've folded 10 times over. But Stacey was FN amazing. She was superhuman and honestly if you see her please take care of her. Seriously no way of judging her as a mear mortal. “I hadn't been to Applebee's in quite some time. This was the Southampton location. Had the Loaded Wave Potatoes (loaded is a bit of a stretch, could really use more cheese and bacon but still) they were delicious! Crisp on the outside tender inside. Also had the Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger. Very good. Cooked perfectly to my order of medium, hot & juicy. Servers and hostess were so very nice, smiling, welcoming. This Applebee's location really stepped up their game.“
