“I am a teacher, a mom, and someone who Door Dashes on the side during the summer so I have been to this Mcdonalds on numerous occasions doing mom things or doing Dasher deliveries. I am giving 5 stars for the workers here. Is the place slow at serving food? Yes. But from what I understand that is becoming more of a Mcdonalds issue across the country so maybe part of their business model needs to be corrected. But from what I observe on my trips here, is that the young people who work here are polite and work hard. There never is anyone just standing around looking like they are not working or moving slow. These young kids are hustling to get orders ready. Also, they are always very polite. In addition to that, the managers are always visable and look like they are working hard as well. So 5/5 for the workers.“

“My daughter, son, and I went to the Willingboro location tonight for dinner. They just opened this lovation yesterday. It was amazing. I definitely recommend the Hangover burger. My daughter had the Mack Daddy burger. My son had the boneless wings. They both loved their choices. We will definitely be going back to try more items on their extensive menu. Ree, the owner is awesome. She’s very friendly and is a pleasant person to talk with. I wish her all the best at her new location. Darren, our server was just as awesome. He took great care of us from the start to the end.“

“We come often, but last night we came back from the shore and our server is who compelled me to write this review. She was a young woman with red hair whose tables were all by the bar. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name as we were all very tired from the drive. I came with my husband and 3/6 of my children at the time. She was so attentive and I noticed just how hard and why she was working so hard at the table next to us.

This is my reason I will keep coming to this location and why we enjoy coming so often. I gave a better tip than I normally would but I wish I could have gave her more if I had it.

To the management, you have created a wonderful restaurant that values hardworking women trying to make it happen by any means, I applaud that. That’s why we will always be back, not to mention the food is always wonderful.“

“We were in town last night for a sports tournament and stumbled upon the Firkin Tavern. With four kids and four adults, we weren’t sure what to expect, especially since the tavern was pretty busy with only one server. At first, we were a little concerned it might be overwhelming, but Mike, our waiter, quickly proved us wrong. He was absolutely amazing! Despite the crowd, he handled everything seamlessly and was extremely attentive. The food also exceeded our expectations, it wasn’t just typical bar food.. everything was delicious and really impressed us. If we’re ever in the area again for a tournament, we’ll definitely be back!“

“Once was a good place. Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“

“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! And thank you so much!! Thank you so much to everyone that made my husbands birthday special! And special thanks to Red Robin also for his birthday gift!! That was so nice of you and I thought it was even cooler the whole staff signed a birthday card for him!! Thank you again so much!“

“Walked in at 9:15 pm with a family of 5, greeting took a good couple minutes, lucky enough we got Jack L as a waiter, tho it was late and restaurant was fairly empty, He didn’t seem annoyed we sat late Tho we saw on some faces that look of Oh No a late table …
Jack greeted us warmly and was very hospitable, we ordered a couple

“I hadn't been to Applebee's in quite some time. This was the Southampton location. Had the Loaded Wave Potatoes (loaded is a bit of a stretch, could really use more cheese and bacon but still) they were delicious! Crisp on the outside tender inside. Also had the Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger. Very good. Cooked perfectly to my order of medium, hot & juicy. Servers and hostess were so very nice, smiling, welcoming. This Applebee's location really stepped up their game.“

“Not only did the owner of this store go out of his way to get me a cake made when I screwed up and ordered too late but all of our guests said it was the best ice cream cake they ever had. I have locations closer to me but this is the one we will be going to from now on and I am telling all of my friends and family the same.“

“Tried here with my for the first time yesterday. We ordered the family special and a stromboli and meatlovers pizza. I enjoyed the pizza and stromboli the most. The pizzas were nicely cooked, no burnt crusts and surprisingly wasnt oily. If only they can add in a bit more meat and stuffing into the stromboli and cheesesteak then this place will become a hit for my family. Looking forward to future improvements.“

“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“
