Staff was awesome & welcoming!

The food is definitely good! However, I’m completely appalled with the amount of “sauce” they put on my platters. So much so, I stopped eating to write a review! Everyone comes for the “sauce”, no reason I should be using 3 extra containers on 1 platter!

Another critique; The gentlemen behind the counter are scrambling to get orders out the door. Seemed like a very painstaking process for both the employees & customers.

Again, they just opened, so these things are expected. I DO NOT intend to business bash, by any means, I simply just want to give some constructive feedback from a customer’s point of view! I will update my review during my next visit!

“I went to the chickfila by oxford valley mall around 12 in the afternoon on Dec. 3rd, through the drive thru

the line was long but moved so fast it didnt feel long at all, I barely waited. employees are very kind, thoughtful, and efficient

I had my dog with me and it was her birthday, and the nice girl working the tablet said she put a note on my order. When I came around to the window, multiple employees working the window and other employees came to the window with a special treat for my dog and sang her happy birthday. I know it sounds silly but its those little touches that really make something special and I appreciated it so much. This chickfila team is a 10000/10.

“When I can't decide what I want, I default to chicken tenders. I normally go to DQ because they have awesome cheese curds but Cains chicken is so much better than DQ or Popeyes, it have made it my new default chicken place. I wish they had more options. A spicy chicken would seal the deal. One other improvement they could make is to crisp their fries a little more. They are decent but would be better if they were crisper.“

Fries were crispy and well seasoned. My daughter got a chili dog and loved it. My boyfriend and I had burgers and we all got shakes or sundaes. Every staff member (and there were more than I’ve ever seen in a place this style) was friendly, helpful, and actively working, cleaning or checking in on customers. The only complaint I have is about a situation I witnessed at the location, more specifically at the Grant establishment.
I arrived at the location to pick up my order and there was no one there to serve us.
But that's okay, because we waited patiently because we weren't in a hurry and the lady was in the back cutting some ingredients.
When the lady came back to the front, another employee came to serve us and was extremely rude and impolite to the employee because she was in the back.
I thought it was very unprofessional of the employee to be rude to the employee in front of the customers and speak in a loud voice.
I think that any comment made to an employee should be made in private and not in front of the customers so that the other person feels humiliated.
That was the only thing that disappointed me.
I thought the lady's attitude was unprofessional. But other than that, I love their food and I always order from them.“

“The food is good the service is friendly only complain I had was I ordered the 2 classic chicken sandwiches with small fries and drink I had a coupon it was myself and a family member I had came off work stop by on my way home service was good up till the part I had the drinks first which is fine after I paid for the food I had to wait about 5min after my order for the sandwiches which others were made also probably for another order was cool until I seen my order slip next to two of the sandwiches right next to the fries and other employees kept grabbing fries for other people order but not mine too many people behind the counter some kept looking and walking back forth like they had no idea what to do stood there for 10min waiting for fries they literally serve the lady behind me her order number was after mine I had to ask what happened to my order like it was not busy inside the drive through might have been little bit busy but it's ridiculous to wait 10min for fries when there was plenty made up other than that service is good just keep eye on your order slip I can see if they had to make more but that wasn't the case word advice don't have too many employees it was like 4 to 5 people behind the counter like one on register was cool but four others walking behind them and only 2 were dilly dalling as if they ain't know what to do just stand there and ignore the order slip next to the sandwiches you put there and 10mins later finish the order after I asked after you serve the number after mine. Any other time I've gone here service was great it was good but with some minor issues is what it is I do like this location don't have to travel too far to get good food that's a bonus“
