The elderly lady at the omelette station was awesome. Most of the staff was courteous. The lady that sat us was a little off putting. When I told her that we had a reservation she quickly stated that she didn't have a computer in front of her so it didn't matter. Our server was very slow. Rarely checked in on us. Took forever to bring the check and to process payment.
I’m in from out of town staying at the hotel while I recover from a procedure at CHOP and this included being here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The restaurant and their staff went above and beyond making sure I had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner with dessert brought up to my room for the holiday and made sure I had everything I needed. I had been to 3 other restaurants for restaurant week. This was my least fave but still good. What was the best of all 4 restaurants I tried? Dante our server. Went beyond the call of duty. Was informed and helpful and even took pictures for us. Beyond as I said. Excellent waitstaff. As I said dinner wasn't as great. My chicken was dry and my friends short ribs also. Other than that, beautiful presentation, soup was exemplary and so was chocolate cake.
