On 12/3/23 I went to the Hard Rock Cafe
in Philly for a burger, told server I was
allergic to onions she out in the order, but
when my burger was delivered to me
it had onions on it, my server Diamond who was very professional explained to me she
put the order in for on onions, manager
John comped my meal for the mistake, I
thanked him for his professionalism

Reservations for 2 on EAGLES Season '26-27' Gameday Wk 1. Joined by my BFF. We both answered the DJs EAGLES trivia correctly (5 NFL Teams named after birds & Saquan Barkley ran 200+yrds in one game) & got prize Hard Rock towels. Our host Burton (hope it's spelled correctly) is Attentive, Patient & Knowledgeable. Reservations receptionist is Very Friendly & Informative & the Sales hostess is Gorgeous, Clocking Hard Vibe. I shall return.
Excellent friendly staff completely different experience than Nee Orelans. This was wonderful really enjoyed it 🎸🥂🍾
