This place has a reputation to uphold and doesn't do a good job of that. The counter staff was friendly and helpful; however, cashier was bored and had to be asked for a bag, then for napkins. There were at least 5 employees visible and no other customers at 2:30 pm so that was noticeable in terms of customer service. Just about every place to eat at the airport is overpriced, what can I say. Balducci's is no different. A bagel and a drink cost over $9.00. You are at their mercy, if you are hungry, you have to pay the price.

Unfortunately, in the airport, they have you and your money, if you want a snack or a meal. Its always too expensive, so if you are looking for a light filler, I bought muffins for $4.50, not a bad price considering. But $4.00 for a bottle of water?
