Bar Palmina is a dry bar with the ambiance of grown & sexy. The curated selection of outside NA offerings never disappoints, and the dirty martini was great. It is an alcohol-free bar; the cocktail descriptions list ingredients like mezcal and whiskey, but they are non-alcoholic. The Fig & Walnut old fashioned had an excellent flavor profile and lots of nice bitters. The mocktails are insane, with low-proof offerings and plenty of choices for all palates. Everything is crafted with care. The overall vibe is 12/10, with dim lighting and decor. Great music and a cute vibe make it a gem. The owner is super friendly and welcoming. The DJ on Thursday night plays slow R&B. Amazing shortbreads are also available, and the pairing was top notch. This spot is a new go-to for delicious beverages that aren’t bad for your liver.
