We loved Bolo! The Puerto Rican focused food was unique and delicious, the cocktails were great, and the service was wonderful. Our favorite part of the meal was when Chef Fuentes came out to the dining room and we were able to ask him some questions about the food while congratulating him on his recent James Beard nomination. Very nice experience! Excellent place for a date. The 1A food in good Dominican haha the very attentive Chef took a moment to go table by table to ask his customers how the food and service was. I loved it and without a doubt I will definitely return.

Everything was delicious, from the appetizers (pan con queso and chicken pastellitos) to the small plates (vaca frita) and the side (an incredible yuca brava)! What a great addition to the Philly restaurant scene.
