My wife and I visited Porcini for the first time last evening and had a phenomenal meal and experience. The bruschetta with funghi and caprese starters were delicious, and our mains (rigatoni with sausage in pomodoro sauce and veal picatta) were simply lights out, as was the cannoli that we shared and devoured. David never seems to fail when it comes to a complete dining experience. We always dine at Porcini when we visit Philadelphia, and we are never disappointed. We have learned to follow his suggestions on menu choices, and look forward to our next trip to the city.

We came to Porcini with a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday. When I first called the restaurant to reserve a table, the owner (David) answered the phone and was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful.
