So good. Service was great, very friendly and the margaritas are delicious and only $13! The guac, queso, salsa trio is great

Came in and sat down at the bar. 15 minutes later nobody was even willing to make eye contact with me. Several other people walked in and received service. I still have no idea what just happened, but it was incredibly disrespectful.

Food was amazing! Drinks also cool glasses and very good but ambiance could be better as in the interior decor.

The carnitas enchiladas with mole sauce was very flavorful and good! A great option without the dairy if you are dairy-free. Our server was kind, professional, and offered her opinions on their favorite dishes on the menu. the restaurant is very colorful with nice lighting!

Lolo was my waitress. She made my time there very exciting. She helped me choose what ended in a great meal for me and my son. I will definitely visit many more times. Thank you Buena Vista 😊

So Overpriced

Wish I can rate this a five star because the food was so good. The only downside of this place was the price. Prices for many items on the menu seemed insane to me. If you can walk down a couple more blocks you’ll find more Mexican restaurants with the same menu and less expensive.

Food and drinks were good however they will up-charge you for multiple things and not say a word about it. Also they automatically added 20% gratuity to our bill that was not mentioned at all.

We ordered drinks and food. Passion fruit margarita was a great size and delicious/well balanced (salt rim), and the michelada was also really good according to the partner.
Ordered the camarones al cilantro (shrimp) and it was so good and perfectly cooked! Came with delicious beans, rice and a pico de gallo/chimole salad.
We’ve been trying to find a solid Mexican spot with some more authentic cuisine / more than tacos in the Philly area and this spot definitely hit all the notes for us!
The space is a bit smaller than expected but there is quite a bit of seating still and large bar! The servers are friendly & attentive and the food came quickly.

As far as authentic food goes, they serve Nopales, enough said. Food is great and the drinks are strong.
Stopped in for a beer while waiting on our cheesesteak from down the street. Ended up ordering empanadas and guac/chips. It was DELICIOUS. Chips were fresh and crispy, guac was perfect and the empanadas were tasty. A great quick little stop. Make your way down if you're in the area. No wait.
