“We got married at Ballroom at the Ben this past February, and it was truly the best day of our lives! From the moment we first walked in, we fell in love with the stunning venue and the incredible staff.
We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.
On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.
I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. The team is simply the best — so professional, talented, and passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! I seriously hope to go back one day as a wedding guest to relive it all over again!!!“

“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

“I helped organize a dinner/dance for a non-profit organization. Cannstatters made everything easy and the cost was very reasonable. Planning and communication were seamless. The room and decor were lovely. We had a couple attendees in wheelchairs, so we really appreciated the degree of handicap accessibility that Cannstatters provides. Sarah, the event manager, was a delight to work with. The day of the event, Sarah was on hand to oversee and attend to last minute details. I was very pleased with the entire experience, and I have heard only compliments from our membership. I would definitely return to this venue!“

She answered all of my emails quickly, calmed all of my anxiety, and came through with a party that people will be talking about for a long time. I live out of town so she assisted in finding and securing a venue in less than a week’s time. I can’t thank her and her husband Samir enough for accommodating my family during such a difficult time of loss. The set up was beautiful and the food was delicious and plentiful. I would hire them again and recommend you do too.“

They go above and beyond to make sure any event you have catered by them is a wonderful affair. We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with them on 10/27/18 at Alvethorpe Manor/Abington Art Center and they made it amazing! They work with you to ensure that your event is what you envision it to be. Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers. Their motto should be “don‘t worry about your event, we will take care of all of it!” They truly take care of everything. I highly reccommend them for anyone planing an important event! You will not regret it!“

“Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. She later came back to ask if she was right and I told her ‘it was delicious, you were telling the truth’. An all-around great experience. It’s a beautiful space especially when a decorator takes it to the next level. Super elegant and glorious affair at a great venue.“

Above all, Herb himself helmed a team each of whom were outstanding in both service and professionalism. Lastly, the house and all areas were left spotless. “Friendly and professional staff, answered all my questions politely. My cheesesteak was everything I hoped for and more. Steak was tender, perfect amount of cheese, bread was firm outside (but didn’t hurt my mouth after every bite) and soft inside, and it came out HOT. Hopefully ownership can get a bigger place one day and have a bigger restroom (dare I say two restrooms?).
Most impressive part is that I came on a Monday, so I was fearful I wouldn’t get quality service and food. This place lives up to the hype! Highly recommend!“

“Daniel Israel catered our Friday night Shabbat dinner; it was outstanding. 100% Glatt Kosher. We chose a vegan , Israeli style dinner, as many guests were vegan or vegetarian, plus it was June, and very hot outside. What a fabulous, tasty, fresh, and colorful meal. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, and always communicated immediately to all of our million requests. His staff were professional, timely, and all smiles. The set up was tasteful with flowers, some greenery, and no fuss details. I cannot recommend Daniel more highly; he made our simcha complete and worry free. We also had a lot of left-overs, which we divided between our children, and ate heartily for a week!!
Standouts: Gazpacho, home made chummus, moist falafel, wild rice with mushrooms, tabouli with pomegranate (and other lovely things!), apple cobbler.

Fantastic atmosphere, the team were all engaged with the crowd - great conversation, banter, laughs, answering questions, etc. - and the food was truly amazing. Worth every single penny. “Delicious food, great system, great service, great prices!! I have tried a few different meal kit or meal delivery services and wish I had found PMP sooner! Right in my back yard, these guys cook everything the day it's delivered and it stays tasty for the ~week or so promised! Their no-subscription model is perfect for busy people who don't want the hassle of pausing the subscription if you go on a trip etc. Just order what you want that week and their delivery team drops it right at your door for a small charge! No bulky packaging or crazy amounts of trash to deal with. Just delicious, healthy food. Definitely give these guys a try if you want professional quality meals at a great price point!“
