Good evening,
My mother ordered a salad and asked for chicken to be added to her salad. The Salad was delivered with no chicken. When she call back at 9:15, they advised her that they had no more drivers. I then called and the gentleman that answered was rude and advised me that if she want to get chicken she would have to come in to exchange it. Normally, I don’t have problems with the food, but today I ordered food pizza, and it was not secure. The boxes were open. They were not taped down when I called the complaint. The manager at the Olney location hung the phone up on me and wouldn’t take responsibility for the issue. The olney store has poor customer service and when I asked to speak to the owner, they hung up on me and didn’t care. I called to order for pick up. When I arrived, they told me my order had been sent out for delivery to an address a block away from the restaurant. An address I do not live nor do I know anyone who lives there. They call thedelivery person to bring it back.
