Veal with burnt onions a must. All the pastas are fantastic and never overcooked. Owners are always on premise working. Truly an authentic Italian experience. Sit outside under the grape vines for a romantic dinner. Belissima.
Amazing experience! The owner and chef, Salvatore, makes everyone feel at home, which is nice when you're visiting from states away. His baked bruschetta was my favorite dish I had all week while visiting Philly! Caesar salad, amazing. Canolis, delicious and light, perfect for after a hefty meal. It's a true gem and every bite was worth it. It's been cared for by family for 35 years and you can feel and taste the rich history that's been building.
This place is a must. The the owner greeted us right at the door, came by and sang on his guitar, every employee was super friendly and the food was out of this world. If you are in Philly and want tome good Italian come here
