My husband has celiac but was also insisting that we have a wedding cake for us to cut at our wedding. None of the Italian bakeries in Philadelphia offer GF so I looked around for other bakeries and found High Fidelity. I stopped in one day to see if they could make a custom cake for us — not only did they do that with only a weeks notice but the cake turned out beautiful and absolutely delicious! The donuts and jawns were delicious. A bit on the delicate side but tender and moist and the flavor was great. We weren't a huge fan of the mint chocolate cookie we got as it was a bit artificial in the mint flavor taste and a bit hard. The front desk girl was very friendly. Recommend!
