KFC offers customized orders and exceptional staff service. At certain locations, customers may encounter issues with bathroom facilities. However, employees are generally kind and professional. On a positive note, staff have been known to go above and beyond, such as lending a car to a customer in need. The KFC Super Bowl party special and other meals are popular and well-received.
