“What an amazing experience. The food was SO GOOD! I am not vegan or kosher personally, but if I were, I would be even further over the moon. If you are in the area, I would consider this a must-try. Next time I come to Philly I will be back!“
“Not only is the food fantastic and addictive, but the atmosphere is superb. The service is not only classy, it's also very kind. It's obvious that the owners are not only good at business, but all around great people. We are truly blessed to have Judah Grille here in Philadelphia. L'CHAIM !!!!!“
“The only kosher restaurant near Temple, making it an essential resource for the Jewish students at the university. Great staff and the food is good. The chicken tenders are the best thing, but I also like the tuna salad and other sandwiches.“
“Just had the most delicious meal here! Everything was so good and fresh, and the portions were generous. My boyfriend also thought it was a “culinary delight”. Lovely ambiance as well. Favorites were: the salmon tower, samsa, tuna steak, and pita with caviar.“
“We use Nanas for our Shabbat catering and our students LOVE the food quality and the creativity of the menu. Nanas is such a pleasure to work with, they are very responsive and accommodating to our ideas and any allergies we have. Cannot recommend them enough!!!“
“This place has excellent service and great family atmosphere I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy cakes pastries and bread, it my first visit here but IL definitely be back.Parking: There are about 10 parking spaces in the street with a parking meter.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly service, any kid would have a good experience here.“
“Just ate here for the 1st time. Plentiful & tasty food. Staff was professional, customer friendly, & efficient. We were 15 people & all food was prepared fresh & quickly. We all tried a little of everything. I loved the tahini shake & the falafel was perfect (crisp on outside & soft on the inside). Check out their website...“
“Best kosher take out in town and so easy to work with! Jonathan and his team are so lovely and the food is delicious. We regularly pick up for Shabbat, ordered for thanksgiving and most recently had meals delivered for a corporate event. The food was tasty, fresh, wrapped well, and we didn’t feel like we were eating anything different than the others we were with. I highly recommend A La Karte for your needs!“
“This place is a hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised by the very generous portions, reasonable prices and the excellent service. The food was so delicious, my kids begged us to return the following evening for dinner! As a former pizza restaurant owner, their newly tweaked dough recipe is on point and consistent. We had the best pizza on the East coast 2 nights in a row. We made sure to order extra, as our server Yoram suggested the pizza was even better heated up later. If we're ever back that way in Philly, you can be sure we already have dinner plans!Kid-friendliness: Excellent service and the server was extra kind to my kids and even gave them treats for behaving so well during the meal“
