10/10 amazing. I had the Java Cookie flavor and it might just be the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Coffee, Oreo bits, caramel, and so much deliciousness. Great staff too.

Liberty Scoops is an ice cream parlor with tables and chairs, offering ice cream made by the Amish. There are 32 flavors, including biscoff cookie butter, cookies and cream, Mississippi mud, peanut butter overload, honey lavender, blueberry cheesecake, almond coconut joy, and Java cookie. The Java cookie has coffee ice cream flavor with pieces of Oreo. They also have sugar free vanilla for diabetics, red velvet waffle cones, and a truck near Independence Mall. The selection is great with no icy bits. The staff are warm and friendly, and the owner is so sweet. Customers can try the ice cream beforehand. It is a great option for those who do not want the lines and price at Franklin Fountain. The floors are original.
