l ordered a slab of Ribs, bacon potatoe salad, gouda mac and cheese and collard greens. The Ribs were just okay, nothing to rave about, the gouda mac and cheese had absolutely NO flavor at all. The bacon potatoe salad was HORRIBLE. The collard greens had NO taste. I had to put them in a pot and season them up before I could eat them. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. Run, don't walk to Mike's BBQ. Texas wishes they could outdo Pit Master Jimmy. The brisket cheese steak sandwich was the best cheese steak we ever had and the pulled pork melted in your mouth and home made bbq sauce the perfect sweet tangy topping to go with the sweet fluffy roll The mac and cheese was rich and creamy and the chips perfectly seasoned.
