Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I just came back from this restaurant, the person whose taking my order claiming that he’s been there for 5years. I went there brought coupon from weekly circular for 10pcs chicken/meal. When i’m about to pay i asked him to scan my reward (to get points-not to redeemed). He then said that i’m doing 2 discounts by giving coupon and scanning my reward. I had a little bit argument with him because i told him it’s 2 different thing. After back and forth arguing he then told me “oooo you’re Chinese and bla..bla…bla” i stopped him right there and told him that its not right pointing out some one race. I told him that i’m not chinese and not all asian is chinese.
Been to this store many time and this is the first time i feel not so welcome. This is happens on January 31 2025 at 5.45pm. The management need to asked whoever worked there as a witness of this unfortunate incident.

I got the 12 piece wings for $10 and they were horrible! And one of the 12 piece was not even a wing! It was a glob of fried skin! I'm over it!🤮 The commercial is a fraud!

It was very cold in the restaurant & the food was expensive and Luke warm was almost cold. The Teller that took my order was very obnoxious and spit a racial comment.

Got there at 10:52 pm and the door was locked and chairs up on tables. It's supposed to close at midnight.

Seriously, the workers deserve a raise, let me remind yall, this is a fast food rest. Going above and beyond! They don’t even have to do all that and they do! It’s giving 9.5/10

I am always satisfied when I come here- the service is always fast and friendly. They only have a few booths but they always seem to have one open when I choose to dine in. The drive thru is always popular but moves really quickly. And it’s always clean inside. Great place for a fast food option on Broad Street. Thanks for all your hard work to all of you at Popeyes!

I've never seen a fast food restaurant ran so smoothly and professionally. The food is always ready quickly. The staff are friendly and respectful. It's impressive.

I order from here a lot the only issue is that if you order a 6 piece your getting 5 or less it has happened twice on my last 2 orders I am sad bc I don't want to stop ordering their delicious food ..Actually on the first time it happened they reinburst me but on the second time I didn't complain bc it was my rewards ...But popeyes please do right by your customers we just want to eat...
