The food here is extremely flavorful and fun. Very unique for me as I have not had too much Indian inspired meals. Will definitely be going back

Adorable spot with excellent food! The menu prices are not fully updates so FYI on that. Good atmosphere and lots of outlets for hanging out with your laptop.

Say She Ate is a delightful vegan cafe known for its fresh, healthy, and flavorful food. The restaurant offers a variety of Indian-inspired dishes, including kofta balls, popcorn samosas with spicy tamarind sauce, and Chana masala, all made with care and great taste. The mango lassi is highly recommended for its authentic and refreshing flavor, with just the right amount of sweetness. The service is prompt, friendly, and helpful, especially when it comes to gluten-free options. Many visitors appreciate the positive atmosphere and the quality of the food, which is made fresh, although it may take a little longer to prepare. The cafe is also kosher and provides a nice vibe for those looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. Despite its pleasant environment, some reviews mention that the location on South Street has heavy traffic and trash issues, which can slightly detract from the experience. Nonetheless, customers have consistently enjoyed returning for the delicious dishes and great service. The menu features popular items like the kofta bowl, chickpeas and veggie curry, and the tamarind sauce with popcorn samosas. Overall, Say She Ate is highly recommended for anyone seeking tasty, vegan, and Indian-inspired food in a cozy setting.
