Cold reception, no smiles or even a hello. they looked at me as if to say what are you doing here? Don't know if it was because of my "black card " or what. But Yerroh south will never see me again or my money again. I dont care how good that food is. I'll try the other location.
Stellar service! There was a mix up with my order and the woman at the register was very transparent with me. Gave me the mixup and upgraded the forgotten item. She could have packed it up and let me leave with the wrong sandwich but fixed the mistake before I could even know it happened. To me this is the best service you could ask for.

They were pretty consistently good at the beginning, but we find that since covid, the food isn't as great, some smaller portions, and much more expensive. At these prices, you'd expect a nice sit-down place, but nope. I can get a falafel sand in Manhattan from a similar joint for under 10. How is Philly more expensive than Manhattan?
