Very Happy with the service at this location. It closing time and they were letting down the blinds. They saw me and re-opened the window for me giving me everything I wanted. Nice Manager!

The water ice is fabulous as usual but the cheese pretzel was disappointing bc it wasn't warmed like I have gotten from other Rita's. I asked about it and the young lady.was a little uncompromising rude.
