Spread Bagelry is a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff who can prepare food quickly, in under 5 minutes. The bagels are not traditionally made, but are instead soft and doughy, which some may find satisfying. The bagels come right out of the wood-fired oven, giving them a unique touch of sweetness. The pastrami is a highlight, and the cream cheese is light and airy. The menu offers a Club sandwich, which is good but overpriced, and gluten-free bagels to accommodate everyone. Customers enjoy hearty breakfast sandwiches and amazing bagel sandwiches like The Cure. The pistachio honey spread on a blueberry lemon bagel is highly recommended, and the vanilla bean latte is delicious. The staff is wonderful, always kind and welcoming even early in the morning.
