The garden bagel was delicious but the first impression of customer service was awful. The cashier wasn't present to say hi may I help you. And when they didn't have a certain product that I had asked for, one of the workers responded sarcastically. It was my first visit to this location so I wasn't familiar with the menu. First impressions for customers should be respectful and courteous. The tables were dirty. I will not return here.
Whenever my wife and I venture into Center City we stop by Spread Bagelry on 16th Street for one of their delicious bagels. We stopped by this afternoon and were warmly greeted by the salesperson and enjoyed a fresh onion bagel. We highly recommend this location and the location in Bryn Mawr for the food and friendly service.

I tried the rosemary olive oil bagel with nova lox spread and my husband had a chocolate chip with cream cheese. First thing first my nose led me there. The customer service is amazing. The rosemary olive oil bagel was to die for so much so I had to take one home. Definitely recommend for anyone staying near Rittenhouse Square.
