Biggest gripe I have is the hours of this place. I find it absolutely ridiculous that they don't stay open past 5 pm, when I get off work and need a coffee for my train commute home. There are other service issues as well (inefficiency, takes too long to get through the line), but with so many Starbucks closures lately at least the ones that are left ought to stay open!!
I'm jus giving 5* based on my experience with the service. I have been 2 so many *bucks .Center city is by the only 1 I'll ever return to. The employees are fun, fast n friendly. That's what customer service is
