I went here last night with a friend to get a healthy salad and the service was horrible, i ordered the guac bowl and midway through making it they informed me that they ran out of roasted chicken and avocado so I replaced it with herb chicken and sweet potato then proceeded to charge me extra for the herb chicken and sweet potato without ever informing me about the extra charge before hand. I love sweetgreens food but the service at this location is horrendous. The young man that services me tonight looked miserable, he was not speaking clearly so I could not grasp what he was offering as options, I explained I was hard of hearing and I asked “are you okay?” and he said “.yeah, but let’s just get you this so I can go back to eating…” :O
