Taco Bell in Philadelphia

“This is literally the best Taco Bell that exists. Every time I’m at a different Taco Bell I wish I was at this one. They are always so quick and so nice especially the (I assume) manager with short dark hair, he always goes out of his way to make sure your meal and experience are amazing. They keep the place very clean as well!!!“

“Great location. Always clean and the food is consistently well prepared. Staff are friendly and stay busy wiping tables and checking bathrooms. I've overheard staff training and coaching new employees, and the vibe is always professional and pleasant. It's still Taco Bell, but rare to find one so we'll managed.“

“This Taco Bell is located on Broad and Wycoming. It is opened 24 hours although the lobby is only opened between 10Aam to 6PM.

It has very limited seating with only two tables available for dining in. The service is nice and employees seem focused on their customers.

Good was great and had good portions and appearance. The only downside is the limited hours of their lobby and the availability of seats.“

“Am I drunk rn? Yes. Do I believe that this store should be celebrated for its fast service, kind employees, and amazing food? YES!!! Seriously, not ONCE have the employees there have gotten my order wrong. They’ve always been so nice and helpful (making me realize that some of the other fast food places need to step up!). Plus, every time I’ve ordered from this place, they always got everything right! I remember I had even gotten a free drink from an employee years ago simply for being polite. The food is cheap, the items are well priced for its worth, and it’s an amazing meal/experience for when you need to just chow down on something hot and tasty. So please, if you’re ever in the mood for good food, come here (not like the *AHEM* Micky Dee’s that’s like a minute drive from this Taco Bell. I’ll write my own separate review on that place, but trust me: they suck. They somehow managed to forget an entire sandwich when I ordered from them! Paid $13 bucks for thin air).“

“I ordered a mobile order at opening time for this Taco Bell, the one person there was very kind and finished my order in a reasonable time for it being that early. The person also thought that they have inconvenienced me and gave me large drinks (instead of mediums) and gave me cinnamon swists as a compensation. I was very pleased with the service and demeanor of the employee. This location remains to be the best of the Taco Bells, I have tried.“

“I have my fair share of problems with most fast food places & im in the restaurant business so I do understand how hard it is to find good help. Especially in fast food chains. That being said, this specific Taco Bell stands head & shoulders above most. Foods good, service is good & it’s clean… The only out of ordinary problem I’ve ever had is with other customers believe it or not.“

“I always have to go here because I do delivery and their doors are always closed and sometimes kind of dirtyish, so this place is a hit or miss. I stopped at this Taco Bell, located right next to the Buc-ee's, and was absolutely floored by the experience! The cleanliness was out of this world—I've never seen a fast-food restaurant so spotless. You could eat off the floor!
The freshness of the food was equally remarkable. The pico was better than any I've ever had, the chicken tender right out of the fryer, AND!! they had breakfast sauce! seemed like they were It felt less like fast food and more like handcrafted cantina!.
A huge shoutout goes to the manager on duty, Miss Ashley. She clearly runs a tight ship with an incredible attention to detail. She was friendly, ensured every customer felt welcome, and her team was efficient, polite, and clearly took immense pride in their work. Miss Ashley deserves a praise! This location is a shining beacon of fast-food excellence. We will absolutely return!“

“I mean for Taco Bell standards and fast food rating scale. They’re excellent. It’s clean enough, food was as expected, and the cashier was friendly.

“The wait was extremely however the manager was very polite, professional and try to accommodate everyone even when customer was getting upset, he remain professional, he was the only one that was ringing up and serving at one point before he gotten any help, have waited got my food hot and fresh, he aplogized for the wait time and was very courtesy, I normally dont even eat KFC I normally go there on Tuesday to get chicken for my mom, I happen the taste the Chicken straps this time and it was amazing, he is a great asset to the company, he is amazing of multitasking with a candor attitude“

“I was there last Friday night at midnight and it was one of the highlights of my trip to the city just to witness the way the cashier handled the crowd. They were obviously understaffed and there was a big crowd of customers and door dashers, some more impatient than others. The cashier had the most effective crowd control I've ever seen. A lot of people were impatient and he kept everyone following the rules and didn't let the crowd impact his presence of mind at all. Food service is stressful and it was impressive how he kept everything together. Food honestly didn't even take that long considering how busy it was.“
