“As a Philly-Olney resident, this is the superior local taco bell chain. Only major difficulty being, trying to access the store from broad street.
Service and food quality can vary SIGNIFICANTLY from each franchise. A big tell for me, as a vegetarian, is how well burritos are filled and neatly wrapped to avoid mess, and contrary to others, this store doesn't skimp you, even with cheaper items.
I go out of my way to ensure I only go to this Taco bell rather than the combo KFC/Taco Bell, which is actually closer to me.
Vegetarian options: Cheesy rice and beans

And you can sub beans instead of meat“

“The staff here is amazing to start! And everything is always clean but today I had an even greater experience by being givin a new item to try called the steak street chalupa it was amazing the best chalupa I've tasted! No cap that jawn banging everyone must try especially if you love cheese. Let's go taco bell another banger!“
“I always have to go here because I do delivery and their doors are always closed and sometimes kind of dirtyish, so this place is a hit or miss. “Ordered from the app before leaving my house (5 mins away) during dinner time. My order was not ready when I got there however I was greeted and told it would be done soon. While standing there I observed the people working who were doing a PHENOMENAL job between helping the customers at the counter, the drive thru, and make the food. “I ordered a Mexican pizza but was treated to this attempt instead. I'm not sure of the chef forgot his glasses at home, if corporate sent out a guide with blurry images, if the toppings are protesting each other, or maybe I needed to clarify that I wanted toppings everywhere. I was going to go back inside, but what do you say to someone who makes this, puts it in a box, and calls it a day.“
“It's a good taco bell. It's great that it's open all night. But they have these interactive menus like Wawa which I do not like. Plus it's hard to get help from people in there. That is why I gave the service a one. A computer will never be able to do what a human can do.. and if the human employees don't want to answer my questions why can't we just hire computers to do their work too“
