Duke was great service
They had to deal with some rude ass customers
Food was fine. The employee at the register needs better training. Just picked up the food that was ordered online. The food was ready when I walked in; I could see the bag with my first and last name on it, sitting in the wrong spot (back counter, not mobile pickup counter). She picked up the bag 3 separate times and put it back down before tending to a massive delivery order. It was a full 10 minutes of me standing at the counter before I was able to ask her to pass me the food....read full review
