Like what other comments have mentioned, the restaurant is low-key, hole in the wall kind of restaurant.I called to oder their Chow Mei Fun (which is stir fry rice noodles) and the Steamed Dumplings and they have it ready within 15 mins when i arrived.*Chow Mei Fun* was very flavorful despite it's light apperance. Food is pretty good good. Atmosphere sucks. Prices are really good. Hole in the wall gem type of place. Dumplings and lomein are good. Lomein is totally different from most lomein. Tastes much lighter in a good way and is linguine-shaped. Fried oyster pancake is really weird but good. Fried fish cake triangle feels like 20 pounds of oil but isn't too bad. The only bad thing I've had was the wonton(?) soup.
