“House of Thai is a hidden gem in Mayfair! The owners are wonderful people that treat you like you’re family! The atmosphere is calm & relaxing & intimate! I’ve been going here for years & they never disappoint. They’re consistent in the flavorful, freshness of their food! I ordered pickup through Uber eats as I haven’t had them in a while & Of course they still didn’t disappoint. They were so quick with making the food! It came fast & was packaged with care! It was warm & fresh & full of flavor! Truly a 5 star experience! I recommend EVERYONE try here! The owners are deserving of local business support as well! Thank you, I will be back again of course! “The best Thai food in Philly. Wow. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and this has to be the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had in my life. The service was so lovely and Tori (the server/owner) went as far as to give us advice for how best to reheat/cook our leftover curries. I’m coming back to finish trying the whole menu!“

“Went with friends, living in the neighborhood, and two of us ordered vegetarian. Everyone cleaned their plates, and Jan loved her sweet and sour vegetables, asking for the recipe. BYOB was a plus and we were not charged for a bottling fee. Service was excellent as was the food. Casual dining!“

“It was my first time here, and I loved everything I had to eat that I ate. I was so full I did leave a little bit of food. I generally don't like to waste anything but was very little left really no reason to take home. There is a lot of variety and selection to try. The staff were very polite and very nice and felt like a friendly environment it was an enjoyable, pleasant experience. I have had the Thai food and it was good but usually ordered Chinese dishes which are also very good. They now have very reasonable lunch and dinner specials with choice or rice and eggroll.
