Wendy's in Philadelphia

“I really like this Wendy's. It puts the two other, nearby locations on Aramingo Avenue to shame. I have ordered from here a number of times and they have always got my order exactly right, no matter how complicated. The food is always fresh. The staff is friendly. The restaurant itself it super clean if you want to eat-in and the flowers on every table are a very nice, thoughtful touch. Thank you, Wendy's 2nd and Lehigh! <3“

“I placed an online order for 3 of us in the shop and scheduled my pickup for 1,:00 I got caught up in something right before it was time. To pick up my order. I was a little bit late. When I went in the store I didn't see any activity or mobile orders on the counter so an associate came over to me and looked at my phone and noticed my initials were CM (this matters in a second) he started putting bags of food and drinks on the counter in front of me I folded the tops of the bags down, ready to carry them to my car. Right then two postal deviery women came in and asked for their mobile order. The associate asked for the initials on the order and they were guess what? Right, CM...it was their order that I had folded the top of the bags down...I apologized...the associates were nothing but professional. My order was ready, it was at the drive thru I maybe put it in the app like that needless to say everyone got their food and a good chuckle out.of.it too🤣😂🤣“

“Honestly...of the two Wendy's close to the neighborhood of East Falls where I live, this one and the one up in Roxborough on Roxborough Avenue, they're both usually about the same - orders, if you aren't complicated about what you want, and check before you drive off, are generally correct and the same consistency/quality (about 6.5/10). This one tends to be a bit busier later at night, but it's a bit closer to my house so it's usually my default one (about once every month or two). The staff over the past few months has gotten friendlier, but it's still mostly young folks so they seem to talk as much as they work and the lines backup - plus given the proximity to certain parts of the city, service is slower as people don't know what the hell they want, take forever to order, or are ordering for like 10 kids at a time. But I appreciate the fact that the staff is nice and outgoing now and while the food is NEVER hot and fresh as the corporate guarantee says - it's at least correct and decent quality.“

“I come to this location quite a bit. I patronized the 3600 aramingo location until this one opened. I would be surprised if the 3600 aramingo is under the same ownership because the attitude and the aptitude doesn't compare.
This location runs much smoother, the attitudes are better and the food fresher in my opinion. Clearly, at the end of the day its fast food and comes with any associated problems.
All things considered i recommend this Wendy's as by far the best location in the area. They seem to actually care and try for the people, and perhaps most importantly they keep the drive through line moving.“

“Went to try the new cinnabun pull apart and Orange creamsicle frosty. The cinnabun was delicious however I did have to go back in to ask them to heat it up because they gave it to us cold with the glob of icing just sitting on top of it but it was much better once warmed up. The frosty was just ok. I was not impressed with the frosty it doesn't really taste that orange-y.“

“I just was walking up Adam's Avenue in the searing, 95⁰ plus heat and I wanted to get a drink of water, and fill my thermos container with ice water, and they allowed me to, as well as recharge my cellphone - This is compassion and I will always be a customer because of it.“

“I don't usually visit, but my mom wanted to take advantage of the free frosty day. The employees and the food were fine; however, the air conditioning needs repair. I'm aware of a small heating and AC company that could fix it in 20 minutes. visit everymailbox.shop as well. for fast delivery shipping , we tip door dash $5. we own stock.“

“This was just a nice well run Wendy's. I always get a biggie bag. They made everything just right except for the fact that they ran out of my favorite drink. But I guess it's everybody else's too. Overall a nice Wendy's sit down and eat.“

“If I could give less than one star I would. I have visited Wendys on a pretty much nationwide level. with that being said this is the most horrific experience I have yet to have. I ordered the chili that seems to be some soup with broken burgers in it. there was only one flavor available in the drink machine they had no napkins or straws . why are they open???the burgers are cold. this place gives Wendys a bad name please close this location.“

“This location is always crowded at dinner. Dune in option isn't available. Last time I went was the shortest time ever in drive thru. I waited 6 minutes to get my food, which is not long considering I have waited 15 minutes before. My food was hot, my order was filled correctly and the food was good. I hope whatever management was in duty tonight will continue to work there. It made a big difference.“

“You can play with the gym if you want to when is going to be the summer you can go to the pool and only three feet oh my gosh that's so cool I want to tell my mom to live there because that's beautiful hotel I never saw in my life I like to have a pool in the hotel so I'm going to ask my mom if we can go there I know she's going to say no because we're looking for a house I add this hotel to my favorite maybe we will need it one day because it's so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️😻😻😻“

“I had such a great experience at Wendy’s thanks to Sal! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He personally did a quality assurance inspection to ensure I received the freshest items in my order. In this era when most big market players don’t strive for true customer satisfaction, Sal went above and beyond to deliver it. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and attention to detail—he truly cares about every customer’s experience. Sal definitely deserves a pay raise for his outstanding work and dedication!“

“Came here to get food for my son. He barely eats Wendy’s so I was surprised when he asked for it.
I first want to say that I like they have a ring camera on the door and security. Felt safe. I am going to assume something transpired for them to start that. The workers were working extremely hard. I was impressed by their hard work. The food was fresh and hot. Fries were super good lol. Tried the Wednesday sauce and I must say it tasted like a crazy spicy mayo lol.

They also have a weight machine to weigh the orders for DoorDash and uber eats to make sure that they packed all the customers orders correctly. I thought that was a cool idea and liked watching them pack the orders and weigh them. Lol“

“I ordered delivery, and the food was pretty good. I really liked the Wednesday mystery sauce, the purple one. It tasted a little like ketchup with a spicy kick. However, I was expecting to experience the full Wednesday collaboration with the special packaging and spoon. Instead, I received a normal plastic spoon. Overall, the food was pretty good.“

“First of all, let me congratulate the manager on duty, don't know her name, but she got long hair and glasses. She asked me if I was waiting for pick up or to order and she was doing something else, but took care of me right away. Very polite and professional at the same time. The food was ready in no time, I asked her for a big bag and she went to the back to getting it and at the end she gave me a $2.00 gift card for the next time I come by to order. “Food was hot and served quickly. Bacon was nice & crispy and the vegetables were fresh. I like to sit next to the fireplace inside. They also have plants next to the window seats. It's the little things that count and the plants are a nice touch. ???
