“I come here once or twice a week. Good food, fast service, but the manager with the tattoo on his face is RUDE and refused to help with an issue I had on the Wendy's app. Idk how he got to be a manager with his rude disposition. Because of that - I only come once in while now.“

“I really like this Wendy's. It puts the two other, nearby locations on Aramingo Avenue to shame. I have ordered from here a number of times and they have always got my order exactly right, no matter how complicated. The food is always fresh. The staff is friendly. The restaurant itself it super clean if you want to eat-in and the flowers on every table are a very nice, thoughtful touch. Thank you, Wendy's 2nd and Lehigh! <3“

“Went to try the new cinnabun pull apart and Orange creamsicle frosty. The cinnabun was delicious however I did have to go back in to ask them to heat it up because they gave it to us cold with the glob of icing just sitting on top of it but it was much better once warmed up. The frosty was just ok. I was not impressed with the frosty it doesn't really taste that orange-y.“

“In the situation I encountered at Wendy's, I found that the restroom was locked, and I wasn't able to access it without taking a specific action. To gain access to the restroom, I had to place an order with the restaurant first. This policy of unlocking the restroom after a customer places an order is quite common in some establishments, as it ensures that restroom facilities are primarily available to paying customers. So, essentially, I needed to make a purchase before they would allow me to use the restroom. ?“

“I don't usually visit, but my mom wanted to take advantage of the free frosty day. The employees and the food were fine; however, the air conditioning needs repair. “I just was walking up Adam's Avenue in the searing, 95⁰ plus heat and I wanted to get a drink of water, and fill my thermos container with ice water, and they allowed me to, as well as recharge my cellphone - This is compassion and I will always be a customer because of it.“

“Placed an app order for frostys last night, got there to pick up, and they told us they don't have any frostys... and told us to get a refund thru the app, which you can't do because they're a franchise!Had to wait on the phone to speak to someone about a refund for over 20 minutes... they can't refund because of that particular location is a franchise, but was offered a $10 credit to use in 30 days... $7.10 of that is my own money!“

“The food is prepared so it looks like the commercials. The service is a little weary at times but that's because they got rid of the buttheads and got new staff that consists of younger people and I think they just need experience. The atmosphere was cool. I sat down to eat my food and I don't usually do that with fast food joints nowadays.“

“You can play with the gym if you want to when is going to be the summer you can go to the pool and only three feet oh my gosh that's so cool I want to tell my mom to live there because that's beautiful hotel I never saw in my life I like to have a pool in the hotel so I'm going to ask my mom if we can go there I know she's going to say no because we're looking for a house I add this hotel to my favorite maybe we will need it one day because it's so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️😻😻😻“

“First of all, let me congratulate the manager on duty, don't know her name, but she got long hair and glasses. She asked me if I was waiting for pick up or to order and she was doing something else, but took care of me right away. Very polite and professional at the same time. The food was ready in no time, I asked her for a big bag and she went to the back to getting it and at the end she gave me a $2.00 gift card for the next time I come by to order. Appreciate your help, you got an excellent team! A++++++“

“Overall good service and food was fresh! Beverage machine most of the time is broke but the employees are kind enough to assist. I did have to ask a worker before that was dealing with fries to put on gloves but it was only once.

“The neighborhood is extremely shady! People working there keep messing up orders all the time. Do not order anything on doordash from them after 2AM! Never! You don’t even know they would put in those orders! Maybe some leftovers! Last time I went inside the ac was completely shut! It was hot as hell! Most of the time there is no one in the register because all of them are working in the back or they are always short staffed!“

“Food was hot and served quickly. Bacon was nice & crispy and the vegetables were fresh. I like to sit next to the fireplace inside. They also have plants next to the window seats. It's the little things that count and the plants are a nice touch. ???

“The representative that took my order she was so pleasant it is nice to have such good customer service I even told her when I got to the window how great she was her voice was amazing she was bubbly just a great personality the older black woman I saw the name tag but I forgot what it said but she was just great“

My family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and stopped to eat., Markquise went above and beyond what anyone would expect from his role-he personally wiped down our table so we could sit more comfortable.
