Delicious cookies and great customer service. Very knowledgeable and considerate. The gentleman asked if we would prefer the vegan cookies separated from the regular, which was very considerate. Much better than Crumbl, in my opinion ?
I’ve been here twice and both times they’re consistently slow getting orders out. Could be a hiring issue maybe management doesn’t care to put more people on board, but for the customer it’s a bitter experience waiting in a 2 man line for 15 - 20 minutes. What bothers me especially is the lack of incentive to get customers out and lighten the load on themselves?
