“It’s difficult to find authentic gelato, but I can tell that this place has amazing products and options! You can tell everything is done from scratch and with love. The pistachio is the best, even better from the ones I tried in Italy or Argentina. If you are looking for quality, not heavy ice cream and authentic fresh gelato, this is the place to go!

PS: please consider making dulce de leche gelato maybe! :)“

“I’d like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Heaven during my recent visit to Rita’s. Despite being the only employee on duty, she delivered a level of professionalism, efficiency, and kindness that truly stood out. Heaven managed each task—taking orders, preparing items, and assisting customers—with patience and a positive attitude that made the experience genuinely enjoyable.

Her work ethic and dedication are clear, and it’s impressive how smoothly she kept everything running on her own. Employees like Heaven are rare, and she is a tremendous asset to this location. I sincerely hope Rita’s recognizes the value she brings—both by hiring additional support to match the store’s needs and by rewarding Heaven with the raise she absolutely deserves.

Her service made a real difference, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her.“
