“We came here a few times in the early Autumn with some friends who we hadn't seen in a while, because they wanted to introduce us to this place, knowing how I'm a big fan of the 1950s and would get a kick out of the awesome decor throughout. As soon as you walk in, you get greeted with memorabilia and even old movies playing on a projector screen. But more importantly, the food. I really enjoyed their chili dogs. Their crinkle fries are better than I'm used to elsewhere, but I still don't love them. Their Pepsi fountain sodas are OK (though they really should upgrade to Coca-Cola products), and their shakes are excellent (I tried the butterscotch shake one time). One thing I did not care for, however, was their malt. I literally did not get any malt flavor in my chocolate shake until quite literally the very end, because it was all caked on the bottom of the cup and not mixed throughout. I know not to get that if we return to that place when they reopen. Weird that an indoors place like this would even close for the winter, that's usually the time of year I'm really craving this kind of food and atmosphere.“

“If you have a sweet tooth, this is your top spot in West Chester. All your treats from from caramel apples to chocolate creams and everything in between. Great holiday elections, including Santas and driedels. Very friendly staff, and a vibrant and inviting environment. I could've dropped a few hundred dollars. Loved the raspberry and orange cream candies. I could've killed off a pound of them! Highly recommend stopping in!“

“Super yummy options! Gelato seems simple but texture is very important and Gemelli gave us a great experience all around. I highly recommend the cappucino WITH a shot of hot espresso for a contrasting pleasure. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I will say do not get the flight option unless you have 2 or 3 people sharing- the price for 4 mini cups is exactly the same as 2 2-flavor smalls and you get smaller portions. I didn't like the caramel as it tasted a bit burnt to me but the milk and honey, cappucino, and biscoff cookie options were lovely. Definitely worth a stop by and people know- they have some seating options through the store if you wait to take a break and they keep coming!“

“After you enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many nearby choices, stroll on over to this delightful walk-up location, right on the wonderfully eclectic Gay Street. The storefront captures the essence of West Chester's European-inspired food and art scene, complete with fresh flowers adoring the brick facade and al fresco seating. Really sets a positive mood. Many flavor options to choose from. The gelato is buttery, soft, and full of life. Not too heavy, but very satisfying. I particularly enjoy the tiramisu, while my wife enjoys the hazelnut chocolate. Reasonably priced and we enjoyed our dessert at a small, nearby table for two. Our servers were friendly and happy to let us try new flavors before we ordered. Even with a small line, they moved quickly and no one had a wait very long for their orders. Highly recommended.“

“As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. “Nostalgic !! It’s been 18 years I tasted their signature malai kulfi and cassata when I was a school kid back in my native home town. I placed an order from Malvern Kwality, first bite of casatta - my brain wiring started sparkling with all the nostalgic childhood days . “I love Scoops for their ice cream and home-made water ice. Whether you're getting a pint to take home or just something to eat on their deck, it's great. I also adore that they take time off around some national holidays (like Memorial Day and Labor Day) for their staff (mostly high school and college kids) to take off and be with family. They announce closures on their social media (FB and IG) so my friends and I know to make other plans (or just to wait an extra day for our fix!) Only suggestions for improvement are from my friends (who want more dark chocolate ice cream) and my sister (who wants no-sugar-added vanilla). I would also love a straight up blue moon. I also need to have more water ice but since the ice cream's before the water ice, I forget!“

“I ordered 50 cake pops for my daughters baby shower on short notice. I do apologize I forget who took my order but she was very friendly and personable and more than happy to help me. I was very happy with my order, I ordered vanilla, chocolate and funfetti cakes pops. They were decorated with the exact colors I asked for, each one wrapped individually and tied with ribbon. I received so many compliments on how cute they were but most of all how delicious.. I want to say thank you so much and when I need cake pops again I will be ordering from Pink Moose.“

“We could not find a Dairy Queen when we moved out here to West Chester. This place was great. I ordered like 5-6 things at once and the guy who took my order remembered all of it. I always feel good with places like this because I know the server is listening and won't mess up your order.“

“I love kiwi yogurt. You go in, choose your size cup, and there's a note, the cost will be based off of the weight of the cup at the end, based off ounces. You get to serve yourself and choose your flavors and toppings. There isn't a limit of either buy only what can fit in your cup. I will usually get 2-4 flavors and a little bit of a bunch of toppings. You can mix and match flavors and toppings to your hearts content. They change up their flavors all the time, so they may have a cookie dough one day and a strawberry cheesecake the next. They will have some core flavors, but I love the variety!“

Highly recommended!!!Parking: It was kind of hard to find because the directions just led you to a large building with multiple store fronts, and Rita's was on the back, so we had to loop around to actually find it.Wheelchair accessibility: It was a smaller store, so there may be some space problems for someone in a wheelchair but I do think you could fit if others move around and let you in.“

“This place was great. The cookie dough flavors are unique enough to keep coming in, but they definitely still have classics. They also let you try the flavors. The texture is like mousse. You can get ice cream and cookies too. The cookie dough is also good for 2 weeks in the fridge, so get a bigger size!!“

“It was a rainy night today and my wife was craving a black bean burger from our local Freddy’s. Being the good husband I am I drove in the rain to satisfy her veggie tooth lol but there was an employee there by the name of Avery who gave me the GREATEST customer service I’ve ever had in a drive-thru! He made the trip in the rain even better!! I appreciated his kindness and patience. Awesome worker who deserves a promotion and raise!“

“Love Insomnia cookies and took a friend who was visiting the area to this location. The cookies were good as always, the staff friendly, the location clean, and always inviting. My favorites are the chocolate chip, the chocolate chunk, the mint chocolate, the macadamia nut, and the peanut butter chunk. All are shareable, stay well and do well to reheat in the oven or microwave. You'll pay a premium for the cookies, but they're worth it. Late night service is a plus if you're out late at bars or enjoying other activities. The only critique is that there are some specials I would've taken advantage of, had I been aware. It would've been helpful to know before I placed my order.“

“It's Rita's their flavors change everyday. You can't make everybody happy. This one in particular is tucked away in a little shopping center. It's directly across the parking lot from Applebee's and Texas Roadhouse. So if you find them put them to your back and you'll be looking at Rita's. It's a cute little setup. “Who doesn’t love Rita’s already?! Am I right?! But somehow they just got a whole lot even sweeter. I went to the Fraser branch like always because I already know the service and customer care is unbeatable. I purchased a large vanilla and chocolate custard swirl in a cup and took it to go. I only started to enjoy it at around 8:40 and I noticed that there was way more chocolate than vanilla and I like vanilla better as it is so I wasn’t enjoying it as much as usual. So at about 8:52 I called the Fraser Rita’s to let them know, even though I’m a very easy going person so I certainly wasn’t looking for or expecting anything from the one mistake from them in the years I have been going. But the manager Frank answered the phone and he said to come even though they would be closed by the time I got there and he would make it right. At that point I said that I wanted a large vanilla swirl, another large chocolate and vanilla swirl and a large mango water ice but I would most definitely pay for all of them. When I got there, there were three girls working that night; Rebecca, Katie and Rebecca and they were amazing. One of them handed me my order and said that it was “on us”. I’m blown away by so many aspects of the way they handled the littlest mistake that was probably the machines doing anyway. I feel really bad because I didn’t even have a dollar in cash on me but this just happened and I go there ALL the time so I’ll just get them back with something substantial very soon!I 100% recommend this branch among all the others just because of the way you will always get treated. I’m still in awe of it all. Go there and you won’t be sorry.“

“I have been to this place several times, and as always had good experience, and this visit was not an exception. There is plenty of parking available. The store has enough seats and a nice ambiance to eat inside. The service is usually fast except on weekends due to the crowd. They make very good blizzards, shakes, and soft serves. Overall good place and gave me the "tried their ice cream cakes" and definitely worth it.“

“I entered this Dairy Queen location on September 20th, 2021. I entered a bit after they closed but the worker was super nice, kind, intelligent and understanding. He was aware that the online hours were wrong and apologized for it. He politely explained the situation and said it was completely out of his control in a relaxing manner. Since I am aware that he is just working by himself I was completely understanding that he is just a regular worker and does not have he ability to change the hours online.
