“Had a great time treating my kids to Rita's last night! A really sweet employee, named Tory, took her time explaining different types of treats to us so we could pick exactly what we wanted! Then she went above and beyond by making sure the chocolate treats we chose had the perfect amount of chocolate sauce and chocolate chips!!! All while serving us with a smile! She took her job seriously - which not all teens these days do! we will absolutely be returning to Paoli Rita's and hope we get our new, favorite server again!!!“

“Super yummy options! Gelato seems simple but texture is very important and Gemelli gave us a great experience all around. I highly recommend the cappucino WITH a shot of hot espresso for a contrasting pleasure. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I will say do not get the flight option unless you have 2 or 3 people sharing- the price for 4 mini cups is exactly the same as 2 2-flavor smalls and you get smaller portions. I didn't like the caramel as it tasted a bit burnt to me but the milk and honey, cappucino, and biscoff cookie options were lovely. Definitely worth a stop by and people know- they have some seating options through the store if you wait to take a break and they keep coming!“
“My husband and I come here all of the time, we love our ice cream!!! This is our favorite ice cream now, I crave it over anywhere else. Their chocolate peanut butter is so good and we love their banana! The ice cream is cold (if you know you know, some ice cream just melts so fast, this is ice cream is nice and frozen) creamy, and thick! I also love ordering online and just picking up when I get there, super convenient!“
“If you have a sweet tooth, this is your top spot in West Chester. All your treats from from caramel apples to chocolate creams and everything in between. Great holiday elections, including Santas and driedels. Very friendly staff, and a vibrant and inviting environment. I could've dropped a few hundred dollars. Loved the raspberry and orange cream candies. I could've killed off a pound of them! Highly recommend stopping in!“
“As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. The storefront captures the essence of West Chester's European-inspired food and art scene, complete with fresh flowers adoring the brick facade and al fresco seating. Really sets a positive mood. Many flavor options to choose from. The gelato is buttery, soft, and full of life. Not too heavy, but very satisfying. I particularly enjoy the tiramisu, while my wife enjoys the hazelnut chocolate. Reasonably priced and we enjoyed our dessert at a small, nearby table for two. Our servers were friendly and happy to let us try new flavors before we ordered. Even with a small line, they moved quickly and no one had a wait very long for their orders. Highly recommended.“
“We chose Ariano for a baby shower and our experience was exceptional. From the moment Jamie, our waiter, greeted us until the moment we left we were impressed. Jamie was amazing, accommodating and professional. Ben, another waiter, was equally so. Both made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was delicious, bountiful, and beautifully served. Timing for the different courses was perfect. As always, the upstairs room proved to be the most lovely space for our event and seated our 34 guests easily.From first inquiry to final details Nicolette, the event manager, was prompt, efficient and helpful and she made our event planning a breeze. “The place was absolutely packed on a Friday night. It was surprising to see only 3 ice cream flavors: chocolate, vanilla and a special custom one they made but that's what makes the quality of the ice cream so good. I got a turtle ice cream sundae and it was incredible. The ice cream itself was so creamy and the perfect amount of milky tasting. What stood out was the flavor was a touch more sweet than store bought ice cream, maybe from vanilla extract but not in an overpowering way at all. They also sold various candy, chocolates and candied apples. I took home a turtle apple too, which was also incredible. Green apple was fresh, chocolate covering was decadent and combo of toppings perfect. I have no pictures to share because it was eaten too quickly. Please do yourself a favor and visit!“
“I stopped here with my kids over the summer & was surprisingly refreshed at how fresh the ice cream was. I wanted ice cream this past weekend & told my husband he should try this place. “I ordered 50 cake pops for my daughters baby shower on short notice. I do apologize I forget who took my order but she was very friendly and personable and more than happy to help me. I was very happy with my order, I ordered vanilla, chocolate and funfetti cakes pops. They were decorated with the exact colors I asked for, each one wrapped individually and tied with ribbon. I received so many compliments on how cute they were but most of all how delicious.. I want to say thank you so much and when I need cake pops again I will be ordering from Pink Moose.“
“I love Scoops for their ice cream and home-made water ice. Whether you're getting a pint to take home or just something to eat on their deck, it's great. I also adore that they take time off around some national holidays (like Memorial Day and Labor Day) for their staff (mostly high school and college kids) to take off and be with family. They announce closures on their social media (FB and IG) so my friends and I know to make other plans (or just to wait an extra day for our fix!) Only suggestions for improvement are from my friends (who want more dark chocolate ice cream) and my sister (who wants no-sugar-added vanilla). I would also love a straight up blue moon. I also need to have more water ice but since the ice cream's before the water ice, I forget!“

“I highly recommend this place. Yes it's more expensive then your generic Rita's, but it's worth it to support a local business. Everything tasted fresh. The vanilla soft serve was one of the best that I've had in awhile. The flavors aren't overly sweet which in my mind of a huge plus! I recommend the candy fish flavor but I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.“

“Who doesn't love Rita's? This location is small, and located in a strip mall. They have 2 windows and move pretty efficiently for a small crew. We have always had a good experience here, even when it's crowded. My favorite might be the gelati and the plain ice. I love the mango, mango strawberry, and peach, with pear a close second to that list“
“Cookies are fresh and made to order always nicely decorated and packaged. The Employees at the Oaks pa location are always nice and very helpful when you can't decide. The location is always easy to get in and out of. Its always nice and clean.“

“I stumbled across this place when I was doing an engagement shoot nearby but had to hop on a client call. I ordered a peach green tea refresher which was amazing and so much better than Starbucks. The wifi was great and super fast and it was an overall nice environment to work from. I really liked how late they were open. (I went in at 6:30pm) because all other options I could work from were closed.I would drive the distance just to come back for the atmosphere.“
