“Cute place and staff is friendly BUT the small was really large!? My friend got a small gelato and I got a small with sorbetto and they gave me so much sorbetto, like way more then how much gelato they gave my friend ?? I guess it’s not a problem but I was like dang.“
“I love Scoops for their ice cream and home-made water ice. Whether you're getting a pint to take home or just something to eat on their deck, it's great. I also adore that they take time off around some national holidays (like Memorial Day and Labor Day) for their staff (mostly high school and college kids) to take off and be with family. They announce closures on their social media (FB and IG) so my friends and I know to make other plans (or just to wait an extra day for our fix!) Only suggestions for improvement are from my friends (who want more dark chocolate ice cream) and my sister (who wants no-sugar-added vanilla). I would also love a straight up blue moon. I also need to have more water ice but since the ice cream's before the water ice, I forget!“
“As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. Otherwise it is a nice set up with easy accessibility and very clean! Just the lights are very bright. Cute pink and white aesthetic though.Affordability: 9/10, I would have to say my opinion of the prices has gone up. Recently they have made the chocolate chip cookies relatively less expensive with the price going down by at least a dollar? “Combined a scoop of edible chocolate chip cookie dough with scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was Sunday at 5ish and very quiet in town so we sat on the bench outside of Cookie Dope and ate our treats. Cost $15 for the two of us to grab dessert there. Several choices of cookie doughs to select from in order for it to be bit different than other ice-cream places. The cookie dough made the cost worth it to try something new tonight. The young woman working today was super kind.“
“If you have a sweet tooth, this is your top spot in West Chester. All your treats from from caramel apples to chocolate creams and everything in between. Great holiday elections, including Santas and driedels. Very friendly staff, and a vibrant and inviting environment. I could've dropped a few hundred dollars. Loved the raspberry and orange cream candies. I could've killed off a pound of them! Highly recommend stopping in!“
“Nostalgic !! It’s been 18 years I tasted their signature malai kulfi and cassata when I was a school kid back in my native home town. I placed an order from Malvern Kwality, first bite of casatta - my brain wiring started sparkling with all the nostalgic childhood days . Unbelievable - they still retained their authenticity and creamy rich flavors . Can’t explain that feel more - only your taste buds can talk about Love it “
“Who doesn’t love Rita’s already?! Am I right?! But somehow they just got a whole lot even sweeter. I went to the Fraser branch like always because I already know the service and customer care is unbeatable. I purchased a large vanilla and chocolate custard swirl in a cup and took it to go. I only started to enjoy it at around 8:40 and I noticed that there was way more chocolate than vanilla and I like vanilla better as it is so I wasn’t enjoying it as much as usual. So at about 8:52 I called the Fraser Rita’s to let them know, even though I’m a very easy going person so I certainly wasn’t looking for or expecting anything from the one mistake from them in the years I have been going. But the manager Frank answered the phone and he said to come even though they would be closed by the time I got there and he would make it right. At that point I said that I wanted a large vanilla swirl, another large chocolate and vanilla swirl and a large mango water ice but I would most definitely pay for all of them. When I got there, there were three girls working that night; Rebecca, Katie and Rebecca and they were amazing. One of them handed me my order and said that it was “on us”. I’m blown away by so many aspects of the way they handled the littlest mistake that was probably the machines doing anyway. I feel really bad because I didn’t even have a dollar in cash on me but this just happened and I go there ALL the time so I’ll just get them back with something substantial very soon!I 100% recommend this branch among all the others just because of the way you will always get treated. I’m still in awe of it all. Go there and you won’t be sorry.“

“Omg they are so sweet because even after the fact of them being closed, I saw all young employees with a smile taking orders that they were still able to take. The amazing individuals names were Tori, Lila and John. You don’t see such great care these days especially through the younger generation. It was incredible! Thanks Paoli Rita’s!!!“

“Delicious!! From out of town and stopped by. Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Thick not airy which is a sign of good quality. Cherry vanilla had so many cherries it was in every spoonful. Coffee chocolate chip was really good lots of chips and good flavor. Wish I had this store at home.“
“We could not find a Dairy Queen when we moved out here to West Chester. This place was great. I ordered like 5-6 things at once and the guy who took my order remembered all of it. I always feel good with places like this because I know the server is listening and won't mess up your order.“
“came in around 2 pm january 17th 2024 and the woman working was so sweet. she talked to me for about 25 minutes asking how my day was. every time i come in the staff always greets you and makes you feel very welcomed. I ordered a medium malted chocolate shake and instantly you could taste the malt instead of stores where you don’t know whether they put it in or not. i also noticed the price here is much less than other stores as well.“

“I stopped by for a coffee custard at the grand opening of Rita’s Italian ice in Eagleview (Exton) it was delicious! I usually get the lemon ice, which is also great. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the store is super clean and immaculate! It’s in a great location as well. I will definitely come back for more.Parking: Easy peasy lemon squeezie! “I love kiwi yogurt. You go in, choose your size cup, and there's a note, the cost will be based off of the weight of the cup at the end, based off ounces. You get to serve yourself and choose your flavors and toppings. There isn't a limit of either buy only what can fit in your cup. I will usually get 2-4 flavors and a little bit of a bunch of toppings. You can mix and match flavors and toppings to your hearts content. They change up their flavors all the time, so they may have a cookie dough one day and a strawberry cheesecake the next. They will have some core flavors, but I love the variety!“
“Having the option to pick as many flavors as you want is a nice luxury! Its also nice that you pay based on weight so you just pay proportionally for what you want. For example, yesterday I wasn't feeling "a lot" of ice cream, so poured what I thought I would need, added a topping and paid less than $4“

This Rita's location is, by far, the best Rita's in the area. You can sit outside after enjoying all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Such a friendly, fun spot in Exton! “I give this place a four because my husband lovesssss this place and ok yes the ice cream is great but I grew up on Rita's ice cream so I'm biased! Jokes aside, seriously they almost had toooo many options but the classics can never go wrong with and with sprinkles on top, it is delicious! A nice spot for a quick treat.“
“I entered this Dairy Queen location on September 20th, 2021. I entered a bit after they closed but the worker was super nice, kind, intelligent and understanding. He was aware that the online hours were wrong and apologized for it. He politely explained the situation and said it was completely out of his control in a relaxing manner. Since I am aware that he is just working by himself I was completely understanding that he is just a regular worker and does not have he ability to change the hours online. He made a great blizzard and I was super satisfied with my blizzard. 5 star review for sure, made my night.“
