“I ordered pad thai. It was very good. But there was noone there, (2 tables) and it took a really long time to order, I missed a bus. The overhead in Phoenixville is probably high but the cost and the wait was too much. She seems nice, there were three staff people and only two tables though. Hm. pretty inside. :/“

“Such a lovely place, as soon as I walked in I could tell the restaurant was run by people who valued their customers experience, time, and opinion. They serve large portions for everything (perfect to share or eat solo). The cutest girl welcomed me with a big smile, she served us our food and made sure we had no issues or complaints. The food itself was amazing and filled me up, it also kept well for leftovers. The thai tea was delicious. Overall it was an amazing experience, will definitely recommend to my friends and family!“

“To be honest, I’ve never had Thai food prior to coming to Mae Ploy. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff went way beyond to explain the variations they could provide for food allergies and what a novice like me should try. “To all negatives comments on here.... Please don't order from here from DoorDash… By the time you get your food, it's gonna be cold and soggy that you need to go in person and have it there. It is the best Thai food in the area. The husband and wife who owned the place are wonderful and they are usually the only two servers there so if it's busy, they could take a while, but please be patient. They have a lot of phone orders and they can be busy. Yes, the atmosphere isn't much but that's what you get. It's a little strip mall and that's the best thing about it because it's a hidden gem. To Sarah who commented on this earlier, please go back and try it in person. This is a staple for my husband and I we probably go every other month or so. It's a BYO, which is great. We are actually going tonight and looking forward to it. No, no dressing up just going to get some good food and coming home.“

“This place is freaking amazing. Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. I also have no idea how this place isn't packed... hopefully, that changes soon. They deserve to be your new favorite restaurant! There's not a single item on this menu that's less than stellar. We are particularly fond of the golden wraps, the satay chicken, the drunken noodles, masaman curry, and the pineapple fried rice. The star of the show? The homemade taro ice cream and sticky rice, or the sticky rice with mango. Then there's the staff- kind, attentive and their suggestions are on point!! I love that they remember their guests, and were very cautious about my food allergies. Please keep this wonderful business alive for many years to come!“
