“Used for a large catering order for 28 people. Food was delivered on time by a very professional driver who stayed in contact with me the entire time. Food was packaged great and stayed warm. I’ve never had people so happy with their lunch! Sandwiches were plentiful and well flavored and catering orders were very appealing to the eyes. Don't pay attention to the reviews about decor, lack of music and plastic cups. If you enjoy awesome beer and the ability to walk around the village with it in the previously mentioned plastic cups, then you need to visit them.“

“My mom and I are soooo happy to have found a Chinese food restaurant that is flavorful and willing to accommodate the saltiness of their food as she has high blood pressure.

Not only is the food amazing but so is the family who runs the restaurant. They are kind people who you can tell love what they do because it translates in their menu. From taste to portion sizes, you cannot go wrong here!

From a photographer's perspective, this place is an absolute gem.The getting ready shots were a dream to capture inside the property. The rooms upstairs provided the perfect amount of natural light, allowing me to create those airy and light portraits that we all adore. Downstairs, the groom's getting ready area ensured that Cassandra and Rafael didn't accidentally catch a glimpse of each other before the ceremony – a thoughtful detail that I greatly appreciated.The ceremony took place outside. Surrounded by rolling hills and trees, this setting offered me a plethora of angles to capture the heartfelt moments. If a countryside wedding is your vision, then this venue should be your top pick.One thing to note, though, is the summer heat and humidity. As a suggestion, if you're considering this property for your big day during the hotter months, I highly recommend scheduling your couple's shoot after 6 pm to take advantage of the cooler temperatures and avoid the harsh sun. I took pictures around 4 pm which was also ok, but golden hour and sunset lighting just hit different.The reception hall is nothing short of perfection. With its generous space, it comfortably accommodated around 100 guests. What really stood out to me was the abundance of natural light that flooded the space, giving the reception a fresh and airy atmosphere that's a photographer's dream.In summary, if you're searching for a wedding venue that offers a blend of rustic charm, ample space, and breathtaking natural surroundings, this is the place for you. The staff recommended the most enchanted blend of flavors for my sensitive taste buds…something I cannot find anywhere else in my journeys. “Updating: I didn't expect anything to come of my first review, but was honestly surprised. I appreciate Hickory Sticks for correcting the issue with the mistakes/miscommunication that happened with the chocolate. Like I said before the ice cream was delicious!!!

I will start by saying the ice cream was delicious.. peanut butter pie 👌👌👌..but here is my reasoning for the 1 star.

1. The paper was stuck to the waffle cone and I had to throw out the bottom 1/4 of my cone which made me sad because I wanted to eat all of it for the price. I did not want to eat paper.

2. They had these containers of 10-12 toffees and chocolate covered PB pretzels on display. We got a container of each. No price. They rang up 18 Dollars each. 18 Dollars!!! No warning or head ups. Just $18 each.

3. Now if these items tasted amazing for $18 I would not be complaining. Buttt.... The fresheness was not there. The peanuts on the almond butter crunch were stale and the pretzels was not good either.

I wish I could say more positives but I can't. Never been more sad on a trip to get ice cream.... $60 later 😭“
