Armand's is exactly what I expected from a Bloomfield bar. Laid back, community atmosphere, with what seems like a lot of regulars. Nice, small place to stop for a drink. PS the drinks are STRONG!
If you and your friends have got about $15 to spare, you can get yourself a gigantic, delicious fish sandwich that you can share between 2-3 people with an extra bun or so. I've had many of these sandwiches over the years during lent, and they are worth every cent. You may want to stop at an ATM beforehand because this place is cash only.
Very solid dive bar. The drinks are cheap and service was quick and friendly. I would like if there were bigger TVs for watching sports, but that's a small complaint. There is not a lot of seating, making hanging out a little difficult when its crowded. Though, this if definitely one of the better places I've been in Bloomfield.
