Casual dim sum spot on a main road in Oakland. The parking can be tricky, but we were prepared for it. The service was friendly, but just not attentive. There were 2 other tables in the whole place and we were only greeted on our way in and out. No water refills. You have to order and pay off a QR code from the table. Came here for late dinner after arriving in Pittsburg - surprisingly good and authentic Chinese food prepared by a local. We had the onion pepper beef, pan fried dumpling, sautéed string beans and Taiwanese sausage fried rice and the dishes were all delicious. Portions were pretty big and we even had leftovers for breakfast. Atmosphere is casual.

Smelled like fish when entered. Not horrible but not pleasant. There was plenty of seating. I ordered take out pork and shrimp wonton soup. It was really hot my tongue still burnt a day later. The shrimp wontons had nothing special about them. Bland overall. Broth was okay. Wouldn't come again. $12 meal.
