Nice possibilities here. Service in the Dining room was good; food too. Some confusion at the front desk as to where our reservation for dinner was to be. Could be they have re-opened and some are still learning their jobs!
Nicely remodeled blending modern and arc deco style. Service was attentive and pleasant. The food was plated beautifully. We ordered some appetizers, and they had just the right amount of seasoning.
Room service buttermilk chicken (cornflake crusted, slightly burnt) and Belgian waffle half with hot honey and sauce on the side. Great sweet savory multi-textured bite. Granola fruit parfait side not pictured. Very solidly packaged.
Later meal: dine in at lobby area, not in-restaurant due to ongoing photoshoot, eggs benedict with poached eggs - delicious golden yolk perfect doneness - and friend taylor ham; fresh fruit side.
