I had a very yummy vegan egg bowl (JustEgg scramble, broccoli, peppers, sweet potato, and green sauce). I was a little disappointed because it appears the shakshouka bowl was taken off the menu. They also don’t list any vegan bagel sandwiches (although I’m sure you could ask as all the ingredients appear elsewhere on the menu) or vegan cream cheese anymore. Always sad to see restaurants scale down their vegan menu options.

A must visit bagel shop in the heart of Lawrenceville. Bagel sandwiches are very good. Sausage is very flavorful and the avocado bagel sandwich is an absolute must try! Hash browns are awesome and make a nice addition to any sandwich! Tons of bagel options (onion, everything, & French toast) are a few we have tried and enjoyed! Good energy and great food.

Staff greeted me promptly and helped me through the menu.

Coffee was made quickly and plenty of seating while I awaited my bagel. Location itself is clean and comfortable - appreciated the well stocked station for napkins, coffee add ins, salt pepper ketchup etc.

I opted for The Burgh - sausage, egg, cheese, and hash brown on your choice of bagel- I went with a well seeded everything bagel.
