Rude worker, refused service. we was there at 11:25 June 3rd, as we walked thru the first door we was stopped by a rude women yelling how they close at midnight and their kitchen closes at 1120pm. no signs posted anywhere, open sign was still on, people was inside eating, I asked for the store manager number she replied she was but refused her name, the replied they are franchise owned and she sleeps with the owner so she can close without notice anytime she wants. and she claimed...read full review
Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a seat and then over 50 minutes for a cold breakfast.
They cater to the take out order far above the customers in the restaurant. They really should not be open is they can't handle the orders.
Waited for a coffee refill for 30 minutes.
Ordered scrambled eggs and they came out over easy.

I placed an order for curbside pickup because I had my son in the car. The order online said it was ready at 12:31. We were there at 12:30. We waited and no one came out. we called them and they said they’d be right out. They never came out. It’s 12:45…. I had to get out with my son and go in and it’s just sitting there. We get home and the food is ice cold. There’s no utensils or syrup for the pancakes we ordered for my son. It was an awful experience.

Denny's Restaurant offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many praise the friendly and attentive staff, highlighting employees like Kerry, Marissa, Nick, and Ryan, who provide excellent service and make dining enjoyable. The restaurant is often described as clean, and the food is generally good, with particular praise for the scrambled eggs and crepes, although some find the eggs to taste fake and the crepes soggy. Customers appreciate the effort of the chef who sometimes comes out to meet guests and accommodate specific requests, such as less oil. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming for many, but some reviews mention feeling unwelcome due to the attitude of certain staff members, especially towards minorities and people of color. One reviewer expressed frustration with perceived racial discrimination and an unwelcoming environment, stating they would not return. Despite these concerns, many customers enjoy their meals and the service, with some recommending the restaurant and noting the staff’s professionalism. Denny’s on Greentree Road seems to be a place where good food and friendly service are common, but experiences can vary, and improvements in atmosphere and customer treatment could enhance its reputation.
