Everything bagel was toasted perfectly. The scallion cream cheese was very flavorful with a healthy amount of smoked salmon, and I got the pastrami style. What a seasoning. Fresh capers, red onion, definitely a must-have!! The pictures do not do justice. Great and attentive staff.

Gussy’s bagels are tasty and huge. Incomparable to store bought bagels. I had the everything bagel paired with honey walnut schmear, and it was a perfect treat.I highly recommend. Best bagel shop In Oakland.

Perfect. My immediate impression was that this place really prioritizes top quality ingredients. Got a breakfast sandwich here with egg bacon and cheese. The bagel was crisp on the outside and pillowy/chewy on the inside. The bacon had a deep, smoky flavor and the cheese was the perfect compliment to the sandwich. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had, highly recommend!
