I have visited this Jimmy John’s three times since moving to Pittsburgh and every time the customer service is completely non-existent. The gentleman with the long dreadlocks, the first time, sat and texted on his phone for a good thirty seconds before he even was bothered to come take my order. I'm not much of a sandwich person but my kiddo picked the place.
