The inner city must have some of the worst managed fast food restaurants in the tri-state area. First they tell me they're all out of bowls. That's like KFC being out of chicken. So I leave and go to the store down the street. Now they're out of sour cream. Meanwhile any place I go outside of the city is absolutely amazing in terms of management and service. Maybe just stay away from any of these locations if you're in pgh.
