“I had a catering order, the team was awesome. I even had trouble with my company card going through and they were patient and completely put the customer first. Best service I have received in a long time. I definitely recommend this location for all catering needs. Both Kaylee and Kaitlyn were fantastic!“

“We have been experiencing a multi-day power outage, and I wanted to say that the staff in this Panera have been exceptional. It is much busier than usual due to many people (including me) trying to work, and they have been very accommodating and kind. I used to work at a different Panera location and was very impressed with the staff here.“

“I have always enjoyed eating here. The food is always fresh and tasty. I know food prices and wages for employees are increasing, but every time I visit, the prices continue to increase. This place is almost always busy, but this time, there weren't many people there.“

“I visited today with a client, we received the best service ever. The young man Ian working the main register was super kind,patient, fast and knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients. The food was prepped and presented beautifully from the kitchen staff. All employees were smiling, and working very hard at this location.“

“Excellent and highly recommend stopping by if when you’re in the area. The place is clean and bright and the outdoor seating is fantastic especially in the summer. The service was great the food is awesome I had the new Italian steak and mozzarella sandwich it was delicious and I highly recommend ordering it. I’m hopeful that they can change or add on some permanent man items such as the Italian steak mozzarella sandwich. Not to mention that there’s ample parking.I highly recommend!!“

“They are easy to get along with but sometimes I have had to call corporation office of the business because a few times they have messed up and would not fix it or tried telling me that I did not pay for something when I did. So yes they can be friendly and helpful but you sometimes have to pay attention to the receipt“

“I visit this location 1 or twice a month and today's visit was above par. It was a great way to start my day! Lynne took care of me! She greeted me right away and was quick to take my order, bag my bakery items, ring me up and get me on my way! Thanks a bunch Lynne“

“This is a good, quiet, clean Panera. I only had an iced tea and sat there and held a business meeting. There were other groups and small meetings going on and the place was quiet enough to hold a conversation and large enough so no one was too close by.“

“Noticed I was getting a faint stomach ache when getting ice from the soda fountain in the mornings, I come frequently..saw this today! Really could use a cleaning. Mold is going to get someone sick. Had to skip out on ice this time. Happy to edit my post after cleaning! Other than this, great location.“

“This Panera is located near Pitt. There are often students studying here or people having meetings. The food is good and staff is friendly. Bathrooms were always clean when I used them. It's a good spot to get some studying done while enjoying some good food.“

“We visited this Panera in the morning and everyone there was super nice. The gentleman that took our order greeted us and helped us in making decisions on what to order. We got our meal it was amazing. We ordered something wrong and they quickly made it right for us. I had the avocado toast and it was fresh and perfect!!“

“I truly like this Panera. It's large and has plenty of space and comfortable seats for working. Almost every table has a plug!The staff is always friendly and fun and it's a pleasure to enter the place and find someone smiling at me. It's one of my usual spots when I'm in the area.Parking is a bit tricky. It's limited on the street and it's 1hr or 15 minutes. The parking garage has the first 2hrs free during the week and then gets quite expensive. After 5pm during the week and on the weekend the first 3hrs are free.“
