I ordered online and received my order quickly and nicely packed.
Received two in error and the nice gentleman in customer service was gracious and shipped out the rest of my order the same day. I was impressed as I was able to speak with someone immediately and the small problem was fixed immediately.
Unfortunately I will never make it to Pittsburg to actually visit their store. I sure would love a freshly roasted cup of fine coffee ☕️!
I went in looking for a cup of coffee. Came out with various bags of coffee. Was visiting from Texas. I will be ordering online. DELICIOUS!
